    Job Description:


    Our client is seeking an experienced Automation Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support commercial manufacturing and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and B&R controls, along with experience supporting industrial automation equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment.

    This contractor will work closely with the Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve high-level automation, controls, and vision-system issues occurring on production lines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support and troubleshoot automated manufacturing and packaging equipment.

    • Diagnose and resolve PLC, controls, automation, and vision-system issues.

    • Work closely with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.

    • Support Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and B&R control systems.

    • Troubleshoot industrial automation machines and production-line equipment.

    • Support GMP equipment and GMP manufacturing processes.

    • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams.

    • Assist with equipment troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and continuous improvement activities.

    • Follow applicable pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP, and safety procedures.
