Description
Qualified candidates are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments: $1,000 after 60 days of employment and $1,000 after 3 months of employment.
Primary focus on sustaining site manufacturing processes and leading shift maintenance team members in execution of equipment return to standard and preventive maintenance activities. Is the escalation path for maintenance individuals within the working shift. Conducts smaller scale process improvement projects supporting various site initiatives.
The Automation Engineering Technician Lead oversees the maintenance and reliability of advanced automated manufacturing equipment while mentoring a skilled technical team. This 12-hour shift position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, providing a predictable work pattern with every other weekend off.
