Travel: Approximately 5%, if required
Pay Range: $35 - $40/hr on W2 /Contract

Job Summary: Seeking an Automation Engineer to support manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot automation systems, and improve production quality, safety, output, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair assembly machines, robots, label applicators, end-of-arm tooling, separators, and test equipment.
• Plan, schedule, execute, and document technical projects.
• Analyze production data and implement equipment and process improvements.
• Support facility expansions, equipment modifications, validation, and engineering changes.
• Maintain compliance with quality systems, machine safety requirements, FDA regulations, cGMP, and applicable ISO standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or another regulated industry.
• Hands-on automation troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Experience with technical project coordination, validation documentation, and engineering changes.
• Associate's degree in a relevant engineering discipline required; bachelor's preferred.
