Job Title: Automation Engineer
Location: Indianapolis, IN

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with strong Rockwell PLC and Emerson DeltaV DCS experience to support process automation projects, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer-site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement process control strategies using Rockwell PLCs and DeltaV DCS.
• Configure and test DeltaV control modules, equipment modules, batch strategies, recipes, graphics, and trends.
• Develop system design documentation for continuous and batch processes.
• Support FAT/SAT, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Configure DeltaV Historian, OSI PI integration, wireless field networks, and process simulations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and instrumentation systems.
• Support project estimation, proposals, scheduling, and project execution.
• Work independently at customer sites as required.
