Automation Engineer II

Install, maintain, and deploy L2 systems utilizing Database Engines such as MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis, MariaDB, Cassandra, or MongoDB for storing structured data for processes, operations, and advanced computing algorithms. Responsibilities: Develop innovative Python models to solve complex automation process challenges and deliver high-end solutions, including building neural networks to identify and segregate scrap types.

DPP is seeking an Automation Engineer II for an opportunity with our client in the steel manufacturing industry.
 
Work Location: Onsite in Lexington, NC
 
Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative Python models to solve complex automation process challenges and deliver high-end solutions, including building neural networks to identify and segregate scrap types.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and utilize Windows Operating Systems, Networking, virtualization, and Databases for Control System Applications.
• Install, maintain, and deploy L2 systems utilizing Database Engines such as MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis, MariaDB, Cassandra, or MongoDB for storing structured data for processes, operations, and advanced computing algorithms.
