OverviewAn Automation Engineer is an entry-level engineering professional who develops foundational skills while supporting the delivery and deployment of industrial control and information systems through project engineering and automation technical services.Responsibilities & Activities Project Delivery Perform defined design and development tasks for industrial control and data applications under guidance.Develop project technical documentation as directed.Participate on site installation and commissioning teams.Provide field service and site engineering support as assigned.Quality Develop applications in accordance with established best practices and system safety conventions.Execute test protocols and document results.Participate in design reviews and deliverable approvals.Work within assigned budgets, schedules, and scope.Development & CollaborationSeek guidance, communicate progress, and incorporate feedback.Build familiarity with ECS project methods, tools, and standards.
