Job Summary:

We are seeking an Automation Engineer to support the design, integration, commissioning, qualification, and validation of automated warehouse and packaging systems within a GMP-regulated environment. The role will primarily support ASRS, AGVs, packaging automation, PLC/HMI/SCADA, and integrated OT/IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support design, integration, commissioning, and startup of ASRS, AGV, automated warehouse, and packaging systems.
• Lead/support commissioning, qualification, validation (CQV), and GxP documentation.
• Support PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, RSView, and PanelView.
• Ensure automation systems comply with cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity, and safety requirements.
• Support industrial networking, OT/IT integration, robotics, and automation interfaces.
• Partner with Quality, CSV, Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehouse, and IT/OT teams.
• Coordinate with automation vendors and system integrators during implementation and validation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on automation experience within a GMP/GxP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ASRS, AGVs, robotics, or automated material-handling systems.
• Experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA and industrial controls.
• Knowledge of CQV, CSV, cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
• Understanding of industrial networking and OT/IT integration.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
