We’re seeking a multi-craft professional who thrives in high-volume, highly automated operations and takes pride in maximizing uptime and quality.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility infrastructure.
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to reduce downtime.
    • Respond to equipment breakdowns with urgency to protect production schedules and delivery commitments.
    • Refine and execute PM routines that strengthen reliability and asset health.
    • Interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints to plan and execute effective repairs.
    • Support fault-finding on PLC-controlled equipment; programming is generally not required.
    • Collaborate with operators and production teams to resolve recurring problems and implement lasting solutions.
    • Document work orders and maintenance activities accurately in CMMS.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
    • Assist with installing, commissioning, and validating new equipment and automation.

    Must-Have Qualifications

    • 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
    • Demonstrated strength in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
    • Experience with motors, drives, conveyors, and automated production equipment.
    • Ability to read and apply schematics and technical documentation.
    • Working familiarity with PLC systems for troubleshooting.
    • Strong problem-solving skills under fast-paced conditions.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Dual-discipline (electrical + mechanical) maintenance experience.
    • Experience in high-volume or automated manufacturing settings.
    • Comfort with CMMS and maintenance performance tracking.
    • Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement practices.
