Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for technology and customer service? Join our dynamic Automated Solutions Specialist where you'll manage and support dispensing accounts, assist with PULSE transitions, and drive continuous improvement in our dispensing software platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve transactional errors in dual software environments.
  • Analyze reports to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Train associates on CribMaster and maintain training documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Support PULSE activities when time allows.
  • Enhance reporting and operational efficiencies.
  • Create and maintain sales, troubleshooting, and training documentation.
  • Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience with CSD software is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills (Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and build strong relationships.
  • Mechanical inclination is a bonus.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Primarily office-based (Brillion, WI Corporate Headquarters) with occasional work in customer production or warehouse settings.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Requires close and distance vision, color and depth perception.
Travel Requirements
  • Occasional travel to customer sites for equipment installation and support.
  • International travel may be required; passport eligibility is necessary.

Additional Job Details

  • Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Compensation: $20/hour (actual compensation will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role)
  • Work Location: On-site (Brillion, WI Corporate Headquarters)
