Now Hiring Automated Machine Operator

Location: Lynchburg, OH

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work overtime as needed
• Experience with soldering processes preferred
• Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) and electronic assembly processes preferred
• Experience with ASM placement equipment, Universal PTH machines, or similar equipment is a plus
• Familiarity with electronic components and workmanship standards preferred
• Previous manufacturing or electronics production experience preferred

job Duties

• Operate automated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Read and interpret customer prints, work orders, and production instructions
• Operate high-speed production equipment, including screen printing, paste inspection, pick-and-place, and reflow processes
• Set up and verify components for production runs according to work order requirements
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with production specifications
• Track production activities using routers and other manufacturing documentation
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and communicate concerns to supervisors
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support manufacturing operations
• Maintain equipment, workstations, and production areas in a clean and organized condition
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals
