Description
Bring early residential concepts into clear, workable drawings. HRH Search is looking for an AutoCAD Drafter who
enjoys exploring how a site can be used, developing layouts and preparing concepts for the next design stage.
Your focus
Create and revise preliminary site arrangements and building-space layouts.
Consider site conditions and applicable planning or code constraints when developing options.
Turn feedback into clear drawings that an external architectural team can develop further.
Keep drawing revisions organized and communicate design questions early.
What will help you succeed
Practical AutoCAD ability supported by relevant drafting or planning examples.
Experience thinking through site use, space allocation and residential layouts.
The ability to research requirements and explain how they affect a proposed design.
An architectural license is not required. Spanish and familiarity with useful AI-assisted design tools are advantages
rather than application barriers.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise preliminary residential site plans and space layouts in AutoCAD.

- Develop initial layouts for further review and development by an external architectural team.
- Communicate design questions and constraints early so they can be resolved before the next stage.
Qualifications
- Practical AutoCAD proficiency demonstrated through relevant drafting work.
- Experience with site planning, space planning or residential layouts.
- Ability to research code requirements and apply findings to preliminary plans.
- Spanish and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools are useful advantages. Architectural licensure is not required.
