This role supports engineering and sales by producing accurate submittal drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and customer facing sales drawings using AutoCAD. Assist the sales team by producing custom sales drawings and visual layouts for client proposals.

Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Drafterto join our client’s team.
• This role supports engineering and sales by producing accurate submittal drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and customer facing sales drawings using AutoCAD.
• This is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their drafting career and looking to develop technical and professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Create and revise submittal drawings based on project specifications and internal standards.
• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist the sales team by producing custom sales drawings and visual layouts for client proposals.
• Interpret design concepts, sketches, and instructions into detailed AutoCAD drawings.
• Ensure all drawings meet company, client, and industry standards.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, sales, and project management.
• Make revisions and updates based on feedback and project changes.

Requirements:  

• Associate Degree or Technical Certification in Drafting or Engineering Technology
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• 3D CAD knowledge
