What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair automotive, fleet, and utility vehicles
• Perform major repairs including engine and transmission replacements
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, drivability, and electrical issues
• Repair suspension, steering, cooling, fuel, and hydraulic systems
• Read electrical schematics and diagnose wiring, modules, sensors, and communication systems
• Complete custom wiring installations on 12V and 120V systems
• Work on utility trucks, telecom vehicles, aerial equipment, delivery vans, and medium-duty trucks
• Perform light fabrication, welding, and custom repair solutions when needed

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of automotive repair experience
• Class A / Master Technician-level skills preferred
• Strong diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Ford, GM, and Ram vehicles
• Comfortable with major repairs and engine/transmission swaps
• Able to work independently and problem-solve creatively
• Diesel, heavy equipment, or CDL-eligible candidates are a plus

This is a Permanent position based out of MINNEAPOLIS, MN.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
