If you're the technician everyone turns to for difficult electrical, drivability, and mechanical problems, this role lets you focus on what you do best.

You'll spend approximately 60%–70% of your time on diagnostics and advanced repairs, while dedicated Service Advisors handle parts ordering and help keep the workflow moving.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
• Perform advanced diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
• Complete engine and advanced mechanical repairs
• Repair steering, suspension, and brake systems
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections
• Document findings and verify completed repairs

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical skills
• Strong drivability troubleshooting ability
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently
• Own professional technician tools
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Maryland State Inspection License preferred, not required

You'll have access to Tekmetric, DVI, and Steer with steady vehicle volume and support that allows you to stay focused on diagnosing and repairing vehicles. Shops are heated, with A/C in Eldersburg and Randallstown and A/C being added in Owings Mills.
