Schedule: 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In this Auto Repair Service Advisor role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their repair experience. You'll carefully listen to their concerns, explain repair recommendations in a clear and understandable way, and help them make informed decisions about their vehicles. You will coordinate multiple repair orders, communicate with technicians and management, and ensure every customer receives honest, accurate information. As the shop stays busy, you'll remain organized, focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service while helping the entire team perform at its best.

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

• 5+ years of automotive service advisor experience
• Computer and automotive shop management software experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm
• Ability to make well-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work closely with customers, technicians, and management
• Honest, professional, and dependable
