Car Rental Agent

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Car Rental Agent to join our rental department at our dealership. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is comfortable using computers, and can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with rental inquiries

• Make and manage vehicle rental reservations

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service

• Complete rental agreements and other required paperwork

• Review rental contracts and explain rental terms and policies to customers

• Assist customers with vehicle pick-up and return

• Maintain accurate rental records and customer information

• Coordinate vehicle availability and rental schedules

• Handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Reliable, dependable, and punctual

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable working with computers and learning rental software

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Professional and friendly demeanor

• Previous car rental, automotive, dealership, or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
