    The Position

    Nolt's Auto Parts is seeking an experienced, dependable Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our Lancaster location. This is a hands-on management position responsible for leading counter staff, warehouse personnel and delivery drivers while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations.

    The ideal candidate will have automotive parts knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

    Compensation, Schedule & Benefits

    · Competitive salary based on experience

    · Monday through Friday — no nights or weekends

    · PTO earned on an accrual basis beginning day one

    Key Responsibilities

    · Lead, train, coach and supervise store employees.

    · Coordinate staffing needs, schedules and daily work assignments.

    · Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or corrective action when necessary.

    · Ensure customer orders, deliveries and store transfers are handled accurately and efficiently.

    · Coordinate and dispatch delivery drivers and warehouse personnel as needed.

    · Maintain accurate, organized inventory and ensure incoming merchandise is processed promptly.

    · Oversee parts returns and ensure vendor procedures are followed for proper credit.

    · Ensure company delivery vehicles, daily deposits and store procedures are properly maintained and completed.

    Qualifications

    · Previous supervisory or management experience.

    · Automotive parts knowledge required.

    · Strong leadership, communication, organizational and customer-service skills.

    · Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
