Job Summary: As an Auto Parts at CarQuest, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right auto parts and accessories for their vehicles. Your role is crucial in providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Examples of Duties:

• Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct auto parts and accessories for their vehicles.
• Provide product recommendations and advice on automotive parts compatibility and installation.

• Receive and stock incoming inventory, ensuring shelves are properly organized and stocked.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the auto parts department.
• Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and replenishment.

Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
