What You'll Do:
- Provide patient care on Medical/Surgical units during night shifts
- Obtain and document initial patient assessments; develop individualized care plans
- Reassess patients regularly, adjusting care based on clinical evaluation
- Perform Point of Care testing and implement timely interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team for discharge planning and patient education
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital protocols
- Float across all Med/Surg departments as needed, promoting flexible teamwork
What You Need:
- Current RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
- BLS certification from AHA
- Previous Med/Surg RN experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work night shift and adapt to flexible patient needs
