Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill an exceptional customer service representative who is wanting an entry level sales position. This in-office position that entails servicing existing insurance policies, scheduling appointments, calling our contacts for new clients needing new insurance quotes or coverage reviews, and providing exceptional customer service.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming environment for customers
• Service existing policies tactfully & efficiently (make payments, print ID cards, make changes to policies, etc.)
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
• Make 75+ daily outbound sales calls to provided leads

• 1+ years of previous insurance experience preferred
• Personal lines or Property/Casualty licensed preferred
• Self motived with a growth dedicated mindset
• 2+ years of customer service experience required
• Excellent phone etiquette
