About the Role

The Detailer will be responsible for cosmetically preparing our EV inventory for sale. This role involves assisting with vehicle presentation, ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a passion for contributing to a positive customer experience. You'll also be a part of our original Jacksonville team in our amazing facility! 

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Management: Ensure that all vehicles on the lot are properly detailed, in order and on time.
• Workspace Maintenance: Keep the garage clean and organized and ensure that the work area is safe and free of hazards.
• Vehicle Presentation: Ensure that all vehicles are clean and presentable, meeting the Recharged standard. If issues are noticed, collaborate with the inventory manager to rectify.
• Coordination: Work closely with the reconditioning team to support reconditioning operations. Assist with the preparation of vehicles for customer delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of detailing experience. 

Skills: Ability to operate vehicles safely and spot basic vehicle issues. Wash, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors; deep clean interiors including carpets, upholstery, and leather; prepare vehicles for sale and customer delivery; and keep the detail area clean and organized.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with buffing, is a plus. 

Communication: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks, such as walking, standing, and lifting.

Driving Requirements: Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by the company's motor vehicle insurance carrier. Willingness to submit a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for review is required.
