A Pennsylvania and New Jersey litigation defense firm is adding an attorney to its North Jersey auto practice, based in Jersey City and an easy commute from Newark, Hoboken and the Essex County towns along the PATH and NJ Transit lines.
You will defend carriers and their insureds in New Jersey automobile matters: PIP, UM/UIM, verbal threshold and liability claims. Pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, arbitrations and trial preparation on a docket that is yours to run, with direct contact with adjusters and insureds.
Four to eight years of insurance defense litigation. New Jersey admission required; Pennsylvania is a plus. New Jersey auto experience preferred. Someone who manages files independently and wants a firm that invests in its lawyers: mentorship, flexibility and professional development are part of the offer.
$135,000 to $165,000 depending on experience, with flexibility for the right background or portable business. Hybrid, with a flexible in-office schedule at the Jersey City office.
