In this role, you will lead governance routines, improve controls, and translate insights into operational actions that drive better customer and partner outcomes. You will work across credit, servicing, product, legal, and controls to keep execution fast, transparent, and audit-ready. As a Vice President, Operations Manager in the Electric Vehicle Portfolio team within Chase Auto, you own and continuously improve the operating model, performance management, reporting, and governance routines that enable efficient, scalable execution across EV partner brands. You will manage daily portfolio operations, serve as the operational hub for intake and decision governance, and ensure processes remain evidence-ready and aligned with risk and compliance expectations as products and partner needs evolve. You will partner closely with EV Brand and Credit teams and collaborate across strategic business management, data and analytics, product, booking and funding, servicing, legal, controls, risk, and compliance.
