We’re a family-owned collision repair shop in Hugo, MN looking for a reliable, experienced body tech who takes pride in their work and doesn’t cut corners.
We’re not a high-pressure DRP shop pushing volume over quality. We focus on doing repairs the right way for our customers and for safety.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Structural and non-structural repairs
- Panel replacement, bodywork, and metal finishing
- Disassembly and reassembly
- Working closely with the front office and painter to keep jobs moving
- Following OEM repair procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Collision repair experience (mid to high level preferred)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Someone who shows up and takes ownership of their work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
