What We're Looking For: A-Player Professionals Only

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ Years Auto Body Experience - Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Experience Preferred: Hands-on experience with paint correction techniques and ceramic coating applications strongly preferred
Customer Excellence Focus – Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to exceed client expectations
Exceptional Work Ethic – Consistently dependable, punctual, and maintains professional standards
Self-Motivated & Results-Driven – Works independently with minimal oversight while consistently delivering superior results
Reliable Transportation – Must have a truck or SUV to transport tools and materials to job sites
Valid Driver's License – Required for travel to various job locations
Quality-Obsessed Mindset – Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and refuses to compromise on quality
Job Responsibilities:
