Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day shop operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Manage and mentor automotive technicians and service staff to maintain high performance standards
- Coordinate vehicle repair and maintenance workflow, scheduling, and bay assignments
- Handle customer inquiries, estimates, and complaints with professionalism and care
- Monitor inventory, order parts, and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and shop policies
- Track shop performance metrics including labor efficiency, revenue, and customer retention
Requirements: - Proven experience as an automotive shop manager or service manager
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency with shop management software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth
- I-Car certification or equivalent automotive credentials preferred
