Responsibilities
- Perform minor to major vehicle body repairs
- Tear down vehicles prior to repair
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly and recommend appropriate repair plans
- Coordinate repairs with other team members
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail
- Meet and exceed customer expectations
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Ensure proper use and care of all tools and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Current or recent collision shop experience or training preferred
- Strong automotive background
- Good time management skills
- Trustworthy, reliable, and dependable
- Works well as part of a team
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs
- I‑CAR and ASE certifications are a plus
- Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
- Clean, valid driver’s license required
