Job Summary We are looking for an Automotive Technician - R&I to join our team.
Requirements / Qualifications – Auto Body R&I Technician
Prior experience in auto body repair, disassembly, and reassembly (R&I) preferred
Strong knowledge of vehicle components, including mechanical, electrical, and structural systems
Ability to safely remove and reinstall parts such as bumpers, panels, lights, trim, and interior components
Experience working with a wide range of vehicle makes and models (foreign and domestic)
Basic understanding of OEM repair procedures and safety standards
Ability to identify damaged or missing parts and communicate with estimators and technicians
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
Ability to read and follow repair orders and instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, reaching)
I-CAR certification (preferred but not required)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude
Qualifications
