Keep our shop moving and grow into estimating
Maaco Pflugerville is looking for an organized, detail-driven Parts Coordinator to make sure every car has the right parts at the right time. You’ll be the link between our technicians, our parts vendors, and our customers. You’ll also learn collision estimating and help at the front counter, so this role comes with a real path to grow.
What you’ll do
- Order OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts from approved estimates using CCC ONE and dealer ordering platforms
- Check in every delivery for correct part number, side, color, and condition, and flag problems the same day
- Stage parts by repair order so each car is ready before it goes into body or paint
- Process returns and track credits until they close
- Keep the parts status board current so the production team always knows what’s waiting
- Reconcile parts invoices to repair orders before final billing
- Write basic estimates for simple repairs like bumpers, scratches, and paint jobs, with training provided
- Greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, and give customers status updates
What you’ll bring
- 1+ year of experience in an auto body shop, dealership parts department, or auto parts store
- Accuracy with part numbers and catalogs, and a knack for catching mistakes before they cost time
- Friendly, clear communication in person and by phone
- Comfort with computers and learning new software
Nice to have
- Experience with CCC ONE, OPSTrax, CollisionLink, or PartsTrader
- Collision estimating experience or I-CAR coursework
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
