We are building a small, trusted support team to work one‑on‑one with autistic teens and adults in their homes and community environments.
This is a private pilot phase, initially supporting friends and family, with the goal of growing thoughtfully and responsibly. We are seeking experienced, grounded professionals who value relationship, regulation, and real‑world independence.
What You’ll Do:
Provide 1:1 support in home and community settings
Support regulation, communication, daily routines, and independence
Accompany individuals on community outings (errands, activities, appointments)
Collaborate respectfully with families as needed
Maintain a calm, dignity‑first presence during anxiety or sensory overload
Work independently with strong professional judgment
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience working with autistic teens or adults
Comfortable working independently in homes and public settings
Emotionally regulated, patient, and reliable
Strong communication skills
Seeking long‑term growth, not short‑term hours
Preferred (Not Required):
Background in ABA, OT, SLP, Special Education, Psychology, or related fields
Experience with sensory regulation, executive‑function support, or AAC
Interest in mentorship, training, or leadership over time
