Job Summary The Waiver Broker Supervisor plays a critical leadership role within Northeast Arc's Autism Support Center (ASC), overseeing the delivery of services and supports provided through the Massachusetts Medicaid Autism Waiver Program. This position provides supervision, training, and guidance to Waiver Support Brokers while ensuring compliance with Department of Developmental Services (DDS) Autism Waiver Program requirements and service standards. Working closely with DDS Autism Clinical Managers, provider agencies, community partners, and families, the Waiver Broker Supervisor supports the successful implementation of individualized services that promote independence, inclusion, and family empowerment. This role combines direct family support, program oversight, staff supervision, and administrative responsibilities to ensure high-quality service delivery. Success in this position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of autism services, and a commitment to supporting individuals with autism and their families.

Physical Demands:
Ability to travel to off-site meetings, trainings, and family home visits. Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods. Standing, walking, and community-based travel may be required throughout the workday.
Work Environment:
Work is performed primarily in an office environment with regular travel throughout the community for family visits, meetings, trainings, and program oversight activities. Position may require flexibility in scheduling, including occasional evening hours, to meet the needs of families and program participants.
