    Job Title: Audit Supervisor (Hybrid Work Model)

    Location: La Jolla, CA (Hybrid)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Supervisor to join our team in a hybrid work model, combining the benefits of remote and in-office collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Audit Management:

      • Supervise and lead audit engagements, ensuring adherence to professional standards and timely completion of assignments.
      • Conduct risk assessments, plan audit procedures, and oversee the entire audit process.
    2. Hybrid Team Leadership:

      • Effectively manage and support a hybrid team of auditors, providing guidance, training, and fostering collaboration between in-office and remote team members.
      • Conduct regular team check-ins and performance reviews.
    3. Client Interaction:

      • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing audit-related guidance, and maintaining strong client relationships.
      • Collaborate with clients on audit planning and strategy.
    4. Quality Control:

      • Implement and oversee quality control procedures to maintain the accuracy and integrity of audit deliverables.
      • Conduct reviews of workpapers, audit reports, and other documentation.
    5. Hybrid Collaboration:

      • Leverage technology and communication tools to facilitate seamless collaboration between in-office and remote team members.
      • Ensure effective communication and coordination within the audit department and across different firm locations.
    6. Professional Development:

      • Contribute to the professional development of the audit team by organizing training sessions, sharing industry updates, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audit.
    • Proven experience in hybrid team management and collaboration.
    • Strong knowledge of audit standards and procedures.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
