Job Details

Assist in planning, supervising, and executing audit engagements for public sector clients
Lead audits for municipalities, school districts, public authorities, and other governmental organizations
Ensure compliance with GAAS, GASB, Yellow Book, and Single Audit requirements
Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports for accuracy and completeness
Serve as a day-to-day client contact and foster strong client relationships
Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, staffing, and project deliverables
Supervise, mentor, and develop Audit Associates and Senior Associates
Provide performance feedback, training, and technical guidance to team members
Identify audit findings and communicate recommendations to clients and firm leadership
Stay current on governmental accounting standards, regulations, and industry developments
Support engagement management, resource planning, and client service initiatives
Participate in client meetings, proposal development, and business development activities
