**Audit Supervisor - Higher Education (Hybrid) — Bridgeville, PA**

Pay: $96,000 – $118,000 + bonus potential

Bring your audit leadership to a firm that specializes. A niche CPA firm south of Pittsburgh that audits colleges and universities nationwide is hiring an Audit Supervisor to run financial statement and federal student aid (Title IV) compliance audits. Hybrid schedule.

What you'll do:

- Tailor and finalize risk-based audit programs and oversee testing by the team

- Oversee financial statement preparation, including footnote disclosures

- Plan, staff and run financial aid compliance audits and write reports

- Review student file, Title IV disbursement and cash management testing

- Serve as primary client contact and spot planning and consulting opportunities

- Budget engagements, delegate work and coach staff and seniors

What you bring:

- CPA required

- 5-8 years of professional accounting experience with 1-3 years supervising

- 3-5 years of public accounting preferred

- Higher education or financial aid compliance experience a strong plus
