    Audit Supervisor – Real Estate & Agriculture

    Fresno, CA (Hybrid Considered)

    A growing and well-regarded CPA firm in Fresno is seeking an Audit Supervisor to lead engagements across its real estate and agriculture client base.

    About the Role

    You’ll take ownership of audit engagements from planning through completion, while serving as a key connection point between staff, clients, and firm leadership.

    This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and client interaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead audit engagements for real estate and agriculture clients
    • Plan, execute, and review audit work and financial statements
    • Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff
    • Ensure compliance with GAAP and GAAS
    • Manage multiple engagements, timelines, and budgets
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
    • Identify process improvements and provide value-added insights

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5–8+ years of public accounting audit experience
    • Experience in real estate and/or agriculture clients (strongly preferred)
    • Proven ability to lead engagements and supervise staff
    • CPA required or near completion
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $110K – $135K+ base + bonus(competitive and based on experience)
