Job Details

Manage VC fund audit engagements from pre-planning through report issuance and binder close with minimal oversight from Directors/Partners
Develop audit strategies, risk assessments, engagement plans, staffing plans, and timelines
Review workpapers, financial statements, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
Research and resolve technical matters including investment valuations, partner allocations, capital activity, distributions, and syndication costs
Supervise multiple engagements and teams simultaneously
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact
Draft management letter comments and discuss findings directly with clients
Support billing and collections for assigned clients
Mentor, train, and supervise Associates and Seniors
