    Audit Manager (Public Accounting)

    Location: Kirkland, Washington

    Salary: $120,000 - $140,000/year

    What You'll Do

    • Plan, perform, and review audit and assurance engagements for privately held businesses
    • Partner directly with clients to understand their operations and deliver exceptional assurance services
    • Review financial statements for compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards
    • Manage multiple client engagements from planning through completion while meeting quality and deadline expectations
    • Mentor and develop junior team members
    • Collaborate with firm leadership to deliver outstanding client service and strengthen long-term relationships

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
    • 5+ years of public accounting experience focused on audit and assurance services
    • Experience serving closely held, for-profit small to midsize businesses
    • Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting
    • Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills
    • Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
    • CPA license or progress toward obtaining a CPA is preferred
    • Leadership or client engagement management experience is a plus
