Audit Manager or Director | Dallas, TX | Hybrid 3x a week in office
Compensation: Manager up to $175K + bonus, Director up to $220K + bonus
A growing public accounting firm is looking for a seasoned Audit Manager or Director to join its corporate audit team. They are ideally looking for a strong Manager who is ready for the next step, but are open to a Director who wants to remain hands-on and work closely with the team. This is a great opportunity for an audit professional who is tech-savvy, creative, and motivated by growth, with the opportunity to have a meaningful impact in a growing firm.

What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage corporate audit engagements
- Oversee audit teams and provide coaching and development
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
- Provide technical guidance throughout the audit process
- Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and efficiency
- Leverage technology and automation to create better solutions
- Partner with leadership on initiatives as the firm continues to grow
What they’re looking for:
- CPA required
- Strong audit experience in public accounting
- Seasoned Manager or Director-level experience
- Strong leadership and client management skills
- Tech-savvy with an interest in AI, automation, and process improvement
- Creative, solutions-oriented, and entrepreneurial
- Someone who is hungry to grow and wants to make an impact
- Director-level candidates must be comfortable remaining hands-on in a management role
