Overview

A large national public accounting and consulting firm is seeking an Audit Manager with healthcare industry experience for its Nashville, Tennessee office. You will lead teams, gain deep industry insight and grow client relationships, with a path toward partnership.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships with a variety of clients
• Lead multiple engagement teams and provide performance feedback when engagements end
• Anticipate and address client concerns and resolve problems as they arise
• Promote new ideas and business solutions that extend services to existing clients
• Stay current on industry developments, firm standards and policies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent public accounting external audit experience in the healthcare industry
• Licensed CPA in your home office state (or able to obtain reciprocity)
• Experience supervising engagement team members
• Strong organization, communication, technical and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently and travel to client sites
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
