Responsibilities
- Manage financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and special projects.
- Identify accounting, financial reporting, and compliance issues while providing practical solutions.
- Recommend process improvements based on client operations and business objectives.
- Mentor, coach, and develop staff members.
- Evaluate engagement performance and contribute to improving internal processes.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to high ethical standards.
Qualifications
- CPA designation required.
- Five or more years of audit experience in public accounting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working directly with clients and building strong relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
