Audit Manager

Well known CPA firm in Boca Raton/Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale, FL is looking for an Audit Manager/Sr. Audit Manager to join their expanding team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CPA 
• 8-10+ years of public accounting assurance experience
• Proven high-volume engagement management experience
• Full-cycle audit experience from planning through issuance
• Willingness to remain hands-on and work in the trenches alongside the audit team
• Demonstrated business development, referral, networking, and client growth success

•  What makes this role stand out:
  • Own audits/reviews from planning through final report issuance
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and manage open items
  • Handle significant account testing, internal controls, and analytical review
  • Communicate findings and recommendations directly to clients and management
  • Supervise and review junior staff
  • Manage multiple engagements while staying on schedule and within budget
  • CIRA/Common Interest Realty Association experience
• The ideal candidate has 7- 10+ years of public accounting audit experience, can independently manage engagements, and active CPA
