Description

Turn Technology Into Solutions. Relationships Into Results.

Are you a driven sales professional who knows the ProAV world and loves turning client challenges into smart technology solutions? We’re looking for an Audio Visual Sales Professional who can build strong relationships, uncover opportunities, and help customers bring their vision to life through innovative AV technology.

In this role, you’ll own the sales process from prospecting and relationship development through solution strategy, proposals, and closing. You’ll work closely with clients, manufacturers, engineers, and our internal teams to develop solutions that deliver real value—not simply sell equipment.

The right person understands that successful ProAV sales are about more than hitting a number. It’s about becoming a trusted partner, asking the right questions, understanding the technology, and creating long-term relationships that keep clients coming back.

  • What You’ll Bring
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within Professional AV, technology, integration, or a related industry
  • A strong understanding of—or genuine passion for—audio visual technology and integrated systems
  • The ability to prospect, develop new business, and grow existing client relationships
Confidence in presenting solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A consultative approach focused on understanding the client's business and solving problems
  • Self-motivation, accountability, and the drive to build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • The ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Why This Opportunity?
This is an opportunity to do more than sell AV equipment. You’ll help organizations communicate, collaborate, connect, and create better experiences through technology—while building a career in an industry that is constantly evolving.

If you know how to build relationships, uncover opportunities, and turn technology into solutions, we want to hear from you.

OUR HISTORY
Haverford Systems got its start nearly 40 years ago as an audiovisual integration company focused on providing reliable and innovative solutions to businesses in the Philadelphia area. Since then, we’ve been on the leading edge of trends in A/V technology, consistently providing our clients with the best in custom-designed systems.

In 2015, we launched PTZOptics to design and manufacture the video equipment our clients needed, bridging the gap between expensive, pro-level cameras and bargain webcams. Today, PTZOptics has made a name for itself as one of the leading manufacturers of mid-market PTZ and fixed video cameras, camera controllers, and software for production and camera control.

Our history of innovation is built on the talent, creativity, and dedication of our team – the same team that continues to shape our growth today.
