WHAT OUR ARCADE TECHNICIANS DO

The Arcade Technician is responsible for keeping all arcade games, redemption equipment, card readers, and related systems clean, safe, fully stocked, and operating at the highest possible level.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing position. The Arcade Technician responds quickly to game issues, performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical problems, completes repairs, and maintains an organized inventory of tools and replacement parts. The successful candidate takes ownership of the arcade floor and understands that game uptime, cleanliness, presentation, and prize availability directly affect the guest experience and the park's financial performance.

AN ARCADE TECNICIAN'S DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain the highest possible percentage of games available for play.
• Complete opening inspections before the arcade opens to guests.
• Respond to reported game issues with urgency.
• Reduce repeat failures by identifying and correcting the root cause of problems.
• Complete preventive maintenance assignments on schedule.
• Maintain accurate repair and parts records.
• Keep games clean, stocked, attractive, and guest-ready throughout operating hours.
• Protect company equipment, tools, parts, and supplies.
• Demonstrate ownership of the arcade floor and communicate unresolved concerns before leaving a shift.

WHAT IT TAKES:

• At least 1 year of related experience
• High School Diploma with a strong emphasis on algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (Optional)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to train new technicians
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
• Proven team player

The pay range for this position is $25.00 to $29.00 / hr.
