Job Details

Responsibilities
Manage family law cases from intake through final resolution
Conduct court appearances, including hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and related legal documents
Develop and implement effective case strategies
Maintain proactive communication with clients and provide exceptional client service
Collaborate with support staff to move matters forward efficiently
Communicate professionally with opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements


Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership and good standing with the Florida Bar
Minimum of 2 years of family law experience
Experience managing an active caseload independently
Trial and courtroom experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters simultaneously
Professional demeanor and commitment to client service
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to practice
