We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Attorney Recruiting Assistant to join our team at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. In this role, you will provide administrative, analytical, and operational support across student recruitment, the summer associate program, lateral associate hiring, and special recruiting projects. The Attorney Recruiting Assistant will support a seamless candidate experience and data-informed execution of recruiting initiatives.
This position requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment. The primary responsibilities, qualifications, and capabilities for this role include the following:
Student Recruitment & Summer Associate Program Support
Lateral Associate Recruitment Support
Administrative, Operations, Data Reporting & Special Projects

This is a hybrid role and will require on-site presence 3 days per week. The salary ranges for this position vary depending on the geographic location and other factors such as experience, internal equity, market data, and job-related considerations. The range for this position is from $60,000 - $75,000, with offers contingent upon the various factors.
