This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced attorney to immediately dive into substantive work, including federal class actions and consumer arbitrations. You’ll manage your own docket, lead hearings, take depositions, develop legal theories, and be part of precedent-setting litigation—all without ever stepping into an office.

What You’ll Do:

• Independently manage complex federal class actions and arbitrations
• Draft complaints, motions, and legal briefs
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Contribute to strategy in cutting-edge areas like data privacy and crypto
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership and litigation teams

• Base Salary: $175,000–$200,000+ DOE for 5-year attorneys
• Bonuses: Up to 20% origination credit + 10% for actionable ideas

Ideal Candidate Has:

• Active California Bar license
• Minimum 5 years’ litigation experience, including 3+ years in federal court
• Strong writing skills and courtroom presence
• Preferred: Class action, data privacy, cybersecurity, or arbitration experience (FINRA, AAA, JAMS)
• Bonus: Background in Big Law, government, or clerkships
