    Our firm is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an empathetic, experienced civil litigation attorney to help our clients find justice and compensation for their legal issues. You'll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals.

    Responsibilities Perform research on case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case Serve as legal counsel on the clients' behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation Arrange suitable agreements and settle on the clients' behalf when appropriate Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information Oversee Civil Litigation case files from beginning to end Maintain updated status documentation of all case files in the case management system Assess potential claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents

    Qualifications State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory Requires a bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree Computer proficiency is essential Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued
