Your Responsibilities
Lead and manage a sophisticated caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through trial
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across diverse industries, delivering strategic, results-driven counsel
Support business development efforts to expand and strengthen client relationships and grow the commercial litigation practice
Collaborate firm-wide on cross-practice opportunities to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients
Contribute to firm leadership, culture, and strategic initiatives as a key stakeholder in Kelley Kronenberg's continued growth
Required Education & Experience
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active Florida Bar License, in good standing
Minimum of 5+ years of commercial litigation or related experience
Established book of business or demonstrated ability to develop one is preferred
Proven track record of managing complex, high-stakes litigation matters through trial
Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
