About the Role:Shipwash Law Firm PA is looking for a driven and skilled Attorney to join our team in Maitland, FL. Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload from intake through resolution, ensuring timely and effective legal representation
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and analyze applicable statutes, regulations, and case law
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Counsel clients on legal rights, options, and strategies in a clear and professional manner
- Collaborate with firm staff, paralegals, and senior attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation in compliance with firm standards
Requirements:- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
