Job Details

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Utah, or ability and willingness to obtain Utah licensure
5-8 years of litigation experience
Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Experience managing litigation matters with limited supervision
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple cases effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to client service


Preferred
Experience in general civil litigation
Commercial litigation experience
Tort litigation experience
Employment litigation experience
Experience handling depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented practice
